Job description

Enduir is a leading cybersecurity and technology consulting firm dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to clients across various industries. With a focus on innovation and excellence, we deliver robust cybersecurity and technology resilience strategies and services to safeguard our clients' digital infrastructure from evolving threats.

Job Description

We are looking for a Cyber Technology Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environments and has a passion for ensuring technical teams can do their best work while clients feel steady, informed, and well-served at every stage of an engagement. In this role, you will lead a wide variety of projects including ransomware recovery and infrastructure rebuild, cloud migrations, environment buildouts, proactive technology resilience engagements, and internal initiatives. You'll serve as the primary project lead, ensuring seamless collaboration within the project team and with clients to meet deadlines and project milestones.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology resilience, recovery, and new infrastructure build projects, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to Enduir's standards from project initiation to closeout
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trust through consistency, clear communication, and follow-through
  • Translate ambiguous client situations into structured workplans with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical team members to define project scope and clear roles and responsibilities
  • Manage project budgets and provide regular progress updates to clients and the internal project team through facilitating consistent meeting syncs
  • Coordinate proactively with project stakeholders and Enduir's third-party partners
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation, budgets, and status in Enduir's project management platforms
  • Proactively identify and elevate project risks and blockers, bringing recommended solutions rather than problems alone
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance processes
  • Establish and mature Enduir’s project management function by defining and implementing PM standards, tools, and operating rigor for this role as the company’s only dedicated Project Manager, creating a scalable foundation for future PM hires as the organization grows.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 8 or more years of information technology project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of on-time, on-scope delivery
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals: scope definition, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and budget oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders and distilling complex technical situations into clear narratives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tooling (Smartsheet a plus)
  • Availability and willingness to work evenings and weekends when required by delivery demands
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements without sacrificing quality or client responsiveness
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience on incident response or ransomware recovery engagements
  • Experience working with external third-party partners to coordinate complex, multi-vendor delivery
  • Familiarity with scalable service platform offerings
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Opportunities for career advancement
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 100% company paid life, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
