Job summary

2HB Incorporated in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Cyber Technical Writer to support its government customer. This full-time role requires an ACTIVE TS/SCI polygraph clearance and focuses on documenting cybersecurity processes for large-scale DoD systems.

You will develop standards for vulnerability assessment planning, create training materials, and ensure knowledge transfer across the project management office and field teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical writing and/or cybersecurity experience.
• Demonstrated technical writing expertise.
• Knowledge of / experience with cybersecurity.
• ACTIVE TS/SCI POLY FS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard approaches to plan and manage cybersecurity vulnerability assessments for large DoD systems, plus training materials.
• Capture and document SOPs, processes, and plans for the cybersecurity PMO; refine documentation over time.
• Ensure knowledge transfer across PMO teams and assessment teams through clear written communications.

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Cyber Technical Writer in order to support its government customer in Annapolis

In this role you will:

• Support development of standard approaches to plan and manage cybersecurity vulnerability assessments of large-scale DOD systems, as well as all the necessary training material to ensure successful adoption of these approaches
• Ensure successful written documentation and knowledge capture of ideal plans, processes, and standard operating procedures for the cybersecurity project management office (and provide regular refinement / improvements)
• Leverage your written communication skills ensure successful knowledge transfer across all facets of the project management office to the teams performing the cybersecurity vulnerability assessments across
