Job summary

Level Up, LLC, a Virginia-based subsidiary of AVIAN, seeks a Technical Targeting Officer to conduct advanced technical research and support senior leadership with intelligence strategy. You will contribute to planning intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and covert actions using state-of-the-art tools.

A strong analytical background in cyber targeting is essential. The role requires US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, plus at least 5 years of

Qualifications

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of customer-specific experience.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance is required.
• Strong analytical background with cyber-related targeting experience.
• Experience using classified databases and writing operational reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth technical and analytical research to address customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide subject matter expertise to senior leadership to help develop operational strategy.
• Assist in planning and implementing intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and covert action operations.
• Use specialized tools, tradecraft, and cutting-edge technology to identify opportunities for intelligence activities.
