Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Colorado Springs seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer at Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team at the Colorado Springs airport facility. You will assess systems and networks, align them with RMF controls, and help maintain accreditation.
This role requires active Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT II certification, and hands-on cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management, RMF artifacts, and eMASS. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer – Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.
This position will be based at our Colorado Springs airport facility.
This position can be filled at either a Level 2 or Level 3.
Level 2: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience; 3 years with a Master's; 0 year with a PhD.
Level 3: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant work experience; 3 years with a Master's; 1 years with a PhD.

Primary Level Salary Range: $91,800.00 - $137,600.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $113,900.00 - $170,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
