Job summary

Deloitte in Philadelphia is seeking a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Senior Consultant to help deliver cyber strategy engagements and transformation programs. You will collaborate with clients and Deloitte teams to assess environments, design operating models, and support implementation across domestic and global engagements.

Qualified candidates will have 4+ years in cyber security or technology risk, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of experience in cyber security, information security, or technology risk
• 4+ years of experience in consulting, global system integrators, or large enterprise project teams
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, 800-53, ISO 27001)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Preferred: relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, ITIL, PMP, CIPM)

Responsibilities

• Supporting cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types (risk and maturity assessments, operating model design, risk initiatives)
• PMO support for cyber and technology programs (milestones, RAID logs, cross-functional workstreams)
• Developing repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy, assessments, and transformation
• Assessing client cyber and IT environments (infrastructure, databases, applications, workflows, processes)
• Designing target operating models (structure, governance, roles, processes)
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessment and transformation engagements
• Delivering project work through research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support across domestic and global engagements
