Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to evaluate cybersecurity programs, strengthen governance, and develop practical strategies. You will lead assessments, interviews, and workshops, translating insights into actionable roadmaps, operating models, and maturity evaluations.

You’ll prepare executive materials, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to business development and thought leadership within EY’s Cyber Strategy practice.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or related field with about 3–5 years of relevant experience; or a graduate degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy development.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate programs, governance, policies, operating models, and risk management capabilities against industry frameworks.
• Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations, and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
