Job summary

Deloitte's Cyber Strategy & Transformation practice seeks a Consultant, Strategy, Growth & Transformation to support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types, including risk and maturity assessments, operating model design, and technology risk initiatives.

The role involves PMO support, development of templates and deliverables, and collaborative work with clients and Deloitte teams on assessments, operating models, and transformation programs. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
2+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.
Experience in cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or PMO for cyber/tech.
Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001.
Ability to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

Support cyber strategy engagements across service types (risk, maturity, operating model).
Provide PMO support for cyber/technology programs (milestones, RAID, cross-functional workstreams).
Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy and transformation services.
Assess client cyber/IT environments (infrastructure, databases, apps, processes).
Design target operating models (structure, governance, roles, processes).
Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams on assessments and transformations.
Deliver project work via research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation—domestic and global.
