Job summary

PwC is seeking a Cyber Strategy & Transformation Manager within the Cyber, Data & Tech Risk practice in San Francisco. You will lead client engagements, shape compliance strategies, and guide teams to deliver effective risk management aligned with regulatory requirements and PwC standards.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project planning and budgeting, and promote innovative technologies to strengthen data protection.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 5 years of experience in cyber risk, strategy, or regulatory compliance.
Willingness to travel up to 60% as needed by client engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead teams in developing and executing compliance strategies to navigate regulatory landscapes.
Manage client engagements by analyzing regulatory requirements and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
Guide the implementation of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF and ISO/IEC 27001 to enhance data protection.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
Oversee maintenance of regulatory compliance programs and reporting to validate adherence to standards.
Coach team members to develop skills in compliance and governance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address compliance issues and facilitate difficult conversations.
