Applied Signal Technology (AST), a Collins Aerospace business unit, seeks a Software Engineer II with cybersecurity and networking expertise for an onsite role in Anaheim Hills, CA. You will contribute to system development, integration, and testing, collaborating with engineers and project managers while supporting national security objectives.

Requirements include STEM degree, 2+ years in C/C++, Python and/or Rust, experience with APIs and networking, and a TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience developing in C, C++, Python, and/or Rust.
• Active and transferrable U.S. government issued Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) security clearance is required prior to start.
• U.S citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Participate in requirements, design, development and testing of software, including new work products or enhancements.
