Job summary

Barclays invites you to join its Summer Intern program in Cyber & Security for a 10-week period in Whippany, New Jersey. You will work on real projects, receive mentorship, and take on meaningful responsibilities while exploring the bank’s culture and security practices.

Eligible candidates are in their penultimate year, graduating December 2027 through June 2028, with a GPA of 3.2 or higher, and a keen interest or hands-on experience in cybersecurity or a technology-related field.

Qualifications

• Currently in penultimate year and eligible for Summer Internship
• GPA 3.2 or above required
• Interest or hands-on experience in Cybersecurity or technology

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Chief Security Office
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and strengthen controls
• Identify opportunities to improve agility and security delivery
• Lead or contribute to security projects and initiatives with clear communication
