Job summary

Framatome is seeking a Cyber Security leader to act as CISO for the Richland Fuel business unit, driving risk management, policy development, and security program execution across IT and OT environments. The role includes mentoring staff, coordinating with engineering and sales teams, and communicating security strategy to executives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, 4+ years of related experience, and strong certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Advanced knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices
  • Strong technical and analytical skills in cyber security
  • Experience with securing OT/ICS environments
  • IT and Cyber Security certifications (e.g., Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP)

Responsibilities

  • Formulate cyber strategies to meet evolving technological requirements.
  • Lead security audits and assessments ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and Engineering to integrate security practices and address vulnerabilities.

What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
  • Formulate cyber strategies to best meet evolving technological requirements.
  • Lead security audits and assessments, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory security standards.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Advanced Knowledge of cyber security concepts and best practices.
  • Good technical and analytical skills, particularly in a cyber security context.
  • Strong technical expertise, with deep knowledge in advanced cyber security principles, tools, and practices.
  • Ability to solve complex security challenges.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple tasks and mentor team.
  • Experience working with and securing Operational Technologies/Industrial Control Systems and associated computing environments.
  • IT and Cyber Security certifications such as: Network+, Security+, CISSP, CISA, GSEC, GISCP. Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multiple tasks and projects through subordinates.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $109,000 - $148,000, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
