Position

We are seeking a Cyber Security Specialist 4 to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business unit. You will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates, and maintains electronic security services including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual systems, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial customers across high-growth markets.

Responsibilities
  1. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  2. Support system administration and engineering teams using advanced networking and system administration skills to troubleshoot systems and operating systems.
  3. Communicate with customers, manufacturers, vendors, and system administrators.
  4. Train system users and support personnel.
  5. Analyze and modify preventive maintenance checklists for system changes.
  6. Troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  7. Document system performance, service requests, and analysis.
  8. Perform desktop hardware and OS setup, imaging, and updates.
  9. Research and evaluate existing and future systems.
  10. Provide on-site support post-deployment.
  11. Read and interpret engineering drawings, SOPs, and SOWs.
  12. Maintain test lab equipment and ensure design efficiency.
  13. Coordinate with field personnel and engineering teams regarding installation issues.
  14. Assist support calls for installation issues encountered on-site.
  15. Research and develop on new system manufacturers.
  16. Review, analyze, and resolve complex technical security problems.
  17. Act as a subject matter expert and communicate technical issues effectively.
  18. Document research findings, procedures, and mission events.
Qualifications

Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and eligible for a security clearance (ACTIVE TS/SCI w/ POLY required). Experience requirements vary based on education level, from 5 to 12+ years in electronic security systems or system administration.

Vendor certifications in electronic systems are preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, travel, and maintain reliable attendance at customer sites is required.
