Job summary

Infojini Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Lead to provide technical leadership and manage cybersecurity initiatives from identification through implementation.

The role will coordinate with multiple IT divisions to ensure proper deployment of defensive controls and alignment with current best practices. Responsibilities include leading projects on SIEM, NDR, NAC, and related security measures, assisting with policies, and testing incident response plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cybersecurity projects from concept through implementation.
• Ability to coordinate across IT divisions and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CIS, NIST, and CJIS frameworks.
• Strong communication with leadership and auditors.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for cybersecurity initiatives from identification through implementation.
• Coordinate with various IT divisions to ensure cybersecurity systems and processes are properly implemented.
• Lead projects involving the review, evaluation, implementation, and enhancement of defensive technologies and controls, including: SIEM, NDR, NAC, Email Security, Security Awareness Training, Privileged Access Controls.
• Assist with developing and maintaining cybersecurity policies.
• Update, test, and conduct exercises against incident response plans.
• Assess the current cybersecurity posture and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead initiatives to address identified security gaps and improve cybersecurity controls.
• Ensure cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures align with established frameworks (CIS, NIST, CJIS).
• Provide City leadership and auditors with assurance that cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures are maintained and aligned with established frameworks.
