We are hiring for a full timeCyber Security Program Manager. The selected candidate must have experience managing teams of 30+ resources and enhancing a federal agency's security and risk management framework, unifying and modernizing essential functions such as governance, risk management, authorization, assessment, and compliance across FISMA systems.
This position is remote but occasional on-site meetings are required in the DC/Baltimore metro area. Preference will be giving to candidates residing in the mid-Atlantic region.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanant Resident status is required, no exceptions. This position requires candidates to pass a public trust clearance investigation.

TheCyber Security Program Managerposition will oversee a team of cyber security architects, engineers, and analysts solving complex cyber security problems by unifying and modernizing essential functions such as governance, risk management, authorization, assessment, and compliance across all FISMA systems. The program you support will strengthen operational capabilities by improving efficiency, fostering collaboration, and enabling the agency to reduce and manage risks more effectively. The person in this position will not only help the agency enhance its compliance and assessment capabilities but will also help improve the overall security experience. The best fit for this opportunity is an adaptive leader with cyber security program/project management experience overseeing 30+ resources, the ability to translate requirements into actionable solutions, and experience growing high-performing teams.
