You will partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance to implement controls and governance frameworks.

The role emphasizes KPI/OKR development, executive risk reporting, and digital transformation via Power BI dashboards and Power Automate workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, CS, or related field or equivalent work experience.
7–10 years in cybersecurity program management or security operations with KPI/OKR experience; AWS familiarity.
Knowledge of CSF, ISO27001, SOC 2 or similar regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple cybersecurity programs across the organization.
Develop roadmaps for security transformation, risk mitigation, and compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Business units to implement security controls and governance frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement with KPIs/OKRs and executive risk reporting.
