Job summary

Bespoke Technologies in Chantilly, VA seeks a skilled Cyber Security Project Engineer/IT Program Manager/Network Engineer to secure the sponsor’s online portals (open internet and dark web) and network. Active Poly clearance required; you will drive design, implementation, and operations across multi-team efforts.

You will maintain system software, implement security controls, and ensure uptime SLAs while coordinating with sponsor staff and contractor teams to deliver mission-critical

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in network engineering and a deep understanding of network protocols and technologies.
• Demonstrated experience managing online public portals or similar-type technology.
• Demonstrated experience with network hardware, software systems, internet networking, and encryption protocols.
• Demonstrated experience with using CDNs and understanding their interaction with public services.
• Demonstrated experience using Tor and configuring Tor Onion Services.
• Demonstrated experience with open and dark web security settings and tools to protect websites and their visitors.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing cyber selector data, system logs, and network traffic.
• Demonstrated experience explaining complex tech topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tradecraft, technical, and network solutions to secure and upgrade portals and networks.
• Utilize cutting edge internet technologies to protect sponsor portals and visitors.
• Research, develop, maintain, and document portal and network design/implementation.
• Work with internal/external teams to document requirements for security and operations.
• Communicate across boundaries including other contractor teams and sponsor staff.
• Provide development support to implement system-level requirements and changes.
• Ensure new applications meet performance SLAs for uptime and recovery; document resolutions.
