Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Identity Access Management (IAM), to lead and optimize our identity and access solutions within a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is critical in safeguarding sensitive patient data and ensuring seamless, secure access to vital systems for clinical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IAM principles, best practices, healthcare regulations, and demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex IAM operations, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of security.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage various cybersecurity functions.
  2. Evaluate performance and recommend remediation methods for cybersecurity gaps.
  3. Develop policies and guidelines for organizational consideration.
  4. Track effectiveness of security controls across the organization.
  5. Manage a complex set of security controls aligned with national standards and frameworks.
  6. Understand HIPAA, NIST, HITRUST regulations, and security frameworks to achieve compliance.
  7. Communicate complex security controls clearly to leaders and executives.
  8. Manage cybersecurity talent, assessing training and development needs.
  9. Measure cyber risk and propose technical solutions balancing organizational risk tolerance.
  10. Build and monitor cybersecurity performance metrics.
  11. Apply incident response best practices.
  12. Manage cybersecurity vendor relationships and SLAs.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior cybersecurity role.
  • Management experience in cybersecurity or IT preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • ISC2 CISSP certification preferred.
