Trystar is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer in Burnsville, MN to lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our cybersecurity program. You will secure cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, identity, and OT environments while enabling business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on security expertise, engineering and risk management skills, and the ability to lead incident response, vulnerability management, and security architecture

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Intune, Sentinel, and Microsoft 365 Security.
• Experience in incident response, vulnerability management, and IAM controls.

Responsabilidades

• Lead incident detection, containment, remediation, and recovery activities.
• Own identity security controls across Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Monitor endpoints, identity security, email, cloud apps, and infrastructure; develop security dashboards.
• Oversee vulnerability management and remediation efforts.
• Design secure cloud and on-prem architectures with compliance in mind.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and cyber resilience exercises.
• Manage security vendors and service performance.
• Drive cloud security modernization in Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Promote security awareness and KPI reporting.
