Community Health Network seeks a Cyber Security Engineer to implement and maintain the information security architecture aligned with business and regulatory requirements. You will monitor security controls, manage access, and assist in audits to ensure HIPAA compliance.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT security, familiarity with Azure/Entra ID/Defender, and is prepared for on-call and hybrid in-office work within 60 miles of Indianapolis.

The Cyber Security Engineer is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the information security architecture aligning Information Security with the business and regulatory requirements of the Community Health Network and industry best practices. The Cyber Security Engineer will monitor and administer security mechanisms that provide access control and user account management. This position will also assist in conducting audits as needed to ensure compliance with published policies relating to the security of information system resources.
