Team Lead - Recruitment (Canada and USA)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in cloud security engineering with strong expertise in SIEM and SOAR platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS and Azure) and their native security services.
• Deep understanding of SIEM technologies (Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm, Azure Sentinel, etc.).
• Experience with SOAR tools such as Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, IBM Resilient, or Demisto.
• Solid knowledge of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, ISO 27001).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Familiarity with network security, identity and access management (IAM), and cloud infrastructure security.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
