Ethereum Technologies seeks a Cyber Security Engineer to protect systems, networks, and data from threats. You will monitor alerts, investigate incidents, perform vulnerability testing, and implement security controls across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities include managing SIEM platforms, conducting audits, and collaborating with infrastructure and development teams to enforce best practices.

Formación

• Experience protecting organizational systems, networks, and data against cyber threats.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement security controls.
• Familiarity with security standards and audits (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts, investigate incidents, and respond to potential threats.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses.
• Implement and manage security solutions such as firewalls, antivirus, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
• Monitor security events using SIEM tools (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar).
• Analyze logs to identify suspicious activity, unauthorized access, and potential attacks.
• Implement IAM, including user provisioning, access reviews, and MFA.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend security improvements.
• Support incident response, threat detection, and remediation activities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
• Conduct security audits and maintain security documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams on security best practices.
• Assist in patch management and security configuration management.

Cyber Security Engineer responsible for protecting organizational systems, networks, applications, and sensitive data from cyber threats. Experienced in identifying security vulnerabilities, monitoring security incidents, implementing security controls, and ensuring compliance with industry security standards.
