Job summary

Broadcom in San Jose seeks a seniorSecurity professional to lead incident response, threat hunting and detection development. You will build and tune detections, integrate log sources with SIEM, and manage security automation playbooks across enterprise environments.

Requires a 12+ year track record in CS/IT, and deep experience with Chronicle, Splunk, SIEMs and automation. Strong collaboration with security teams and ongoing risk mitigation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with 12+ years of experience.
• Experience building detections, incident response, and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Cyber Security Incident Response skills including detection, containment and remediation.
• Threat hunting and building new threat detections.
• Tune detections and manage security automation playbooks.
• Log source integrations with SIEM platforms and playbook orchestration.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Cyber Security Incident Response skills including detection, containment and remediation

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 123,100.00 To USD 197,000.00
