Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Engineering teams in the Cloud Application Secure Systems Engineering group. This role will drive end-to-end planning and delivery across security workstreams, coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams in a complex IT environment.

You will require 5+ years of cross-functional delivery experience and 3+ years in cyber security, with knowledge of SDLC, cloud architecture, and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; cyber security qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery.
• 3+ years of cyber security domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, such as NIST; security certifications like CISM or CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams and cross-functional milestones.
• Coordinate delivery of security workstreams with planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder updates.
• Track decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to keep them visible and progressing.
• Support process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users, stakeholders, leads, engineers, and vendors.
• Support sprint, release, and transition planning across multiple teams.
