Job summary

State Street is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to collaborate with Cyber Security Engineering teams within the Global Cyber Security organization. This role sits in the Cloud Application Secure Systems Engineering group and focuses on delivering application and cloud security across the enterprise.

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
• 5+ years in Technical Delivery/Project Management/Scrum/Service Delivery roles.
• 3+ years of cyber security domain experience.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe preferred.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST) preferred.
• Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Coordinate delivery of security workstreams, including planning, dependencies, risks, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
• Track technical decisions, assumptions, and dependencies to keep them visible and progressing.
• Support process compliance, audit activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the day-to-day delivery interface among end users, stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and vendors.
• Support sprint, release, and transition planning across development, testing, infrastructure, data, and support teams.

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with our Cyber Security Engineering teams. This role sits in our Cloud Application Secure Systems Engineering within the Global Cyber Security (GCS) organization.

• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, manage cross-functional delivery, and align security outcomes with business risks and priorities.

In this role, you will:

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Required qualification(s): Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline; a cyber security-related qualification is preferred.
• Required experience: 5+ years of experience in Technical Delivery, Project Management, Scrum, or Service Delivery roles.
• 3+ years of cyber security domain experience is preferred.
• Required or preferred certifications: A relevant project delivery certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe, is preferred.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and methodologies, such as NIST, is preferred.
• Security certifications, such as CISM or CISSP, are preferred.
• Knowledge of tools or technologies: Proficiency in Confluence, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $118,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
