Summary:

The Cyber Security & Control Systems (CSCS) Storage & Virtual (S&V) Program Engineer is an on-site position located at Joint Base Langley - Eustis AFB, VA. The CSCS S&V Program supports the Server Consolidation Environment (SCE) and Air Force Provisional Enterprise Data Center (AFPEDC) programs. This role includes testing, implementation, and sustainment of solutions, ensuring system performance, and applying industry-standard concepts, practices, and procedures. This position works closely with appropriate teams and acts as a liaison for AFLCMC/HNI.

The primary role is to support the SCE hosted virtual infrastructure providing virtual servers and backup support located on Langley AFB. The CSCS S&V architect will provide on-site and remote engineering and integration services for architecture and product integration, including system architecture, solution design, performance audits, system reviews, documentation, and data migration. Additional duties include site audits, technical account management, managing third parties, providing technical assistance and mentoring, and cybersecurity recommendations to support ATO within the RMF system.
