Job summary

RTX is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support our classified computing environment in Tucson, AZ. The role works with the ISSM to ensure compliance with NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, and JSIG policies while contributing to cybersecurity across programs.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, experience with security processes, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Raytheon’s Cyber team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) individual to support our classified computing environment. Sr. Analysts work closely with the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to ensure compliance with NISPOM Chapter 8, DAAPM, and JSIG policies, while working in cybersecurity and information systems security.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure system compliance and auditing within a classified environment.
• Develop security plans and assist in delivering security awareness and education programs.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
