Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Consultant with 10+ years of expertise to lead enterprise-level security programs across global teams. The role includes managing cyber risk, developing security strategies, and coordinating onshore-offshore execution to ensure secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks and governance models.
• Perform advanced threat modeling, penetration testing, risk assessments, and security audits.
• Oversee security solutions across infrastructure, cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), applications, and networks.
• Implement and optimize tools including SIEM (Splunk/QRadar), EDR (CrowdStrike/SentinelOne), IAM, DLP, and firewalls.
• Drive compliance initiatives (HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001) and prepare for internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with global security teams to ensure 24x7 threat detection and incident response coverage.
• Guide secure architecture design and DevSecOps integration.
• Mentor junior analysts and lead knowledge sharing between onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 10+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud security (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Deep knowledge of security frameworks: NIST, CIS, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001.
• Proficiency with penetration testing, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection.
• Industry certifications: CISSP (preferred), CISM, CEH, GIAC, or OSCP.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing global delivery teams and working in onshore-offshore models.
• Strong communication skills to interface with executives, technical teams, and clients.
• Background in critical sectors such as energy, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
