Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Cyber Security Analyst to support NCIS ITD at Quantico, VA. The role emphasizes RMF/A&A, ACAS scanning, and eMASS/XACTA management to maintain secure authorization packages. Onsite position with Top Secret/SCI eligibility required.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Navy cybersecurity, experience with STIGs, and a BS degree or equivalent experience. U.S. citizenship is required and the role may be awarded in Sep 2026.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Top Secret eligibility acceptable.
• 5+ years in Navy cybersecurity and RMF/A&A practices.
• Experience developing RMF A&A Security Plans and SLCM.
• Proficient with ACAS, eMASS, XACTA vulnerability tools.
• Familiar with NIST SP 800-53 Rev.5 controls.
• Education: BS degree or 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF A&A artifact preparation per Navy guidance.
• Review STIGs and ensure compliance using scanning tools.
• Test and document RMF controls for A&A packages.
• Apply NIST 800-53 Rev.5 controls to mission needs.
• Conduct 90 Day Baseline Scans and produce DVL/ACAS reports.
• Run weekly ACAS scans and support continuous monitoring.
• Perform risk analyses over the system lifecycle.
• Manage eMASS registrations and maintain compliant A&A packages.
