Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support a proprietary Intelligence program in Aurora, CO. The team is looking for a skilled analyst and incident responder to provide detection, identification, and reporting within a highly classified security operations center.

Clearance: Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph Clearance

Location: Aurora, CO

Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 2PM-12AM

Responsibilities:

• Provide detection, identification, and reporting of cyber-attacks, intrusions, anomalies, and misuse activities.
• Analyze network traffic and system data to identify threats.
• Correlate security events and incidents from multiple sources.
• Perform cyber incident triage, assess scope and impact, and recommend remediation.
• Document cyber incidents from detection to resolution.
• Assess damage caused by cyber incidents.
• Conduct trend analysis and reporting on cyber incidents.

Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security).
• Experience with PCAP analysis using Wireshark.
• Experience with Splunk SIEM.
• Desired experience in a Cybersecurity Operations Center environment.
• Knowledge of COTS cybersecurity technologies.
• Understanding of current security principles, techniques, and protocols.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000+ based on experience.
