Job summary

Helic & Co. cybersecurity team seeks a Cybersecurity Analyst to monitor systems, networks, applications, and data for threats, investigate incidents, identify vulnerabilities, and support security controls and best practices.

Responsibilities include analyzing security logs, supporting access management and endpoint security, and assisting with audits, risk assessments, and awareness initiatives. 1–3 years of experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT security, or a related technical role.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking, operating systems, and common security threats.
• Experience with security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, or security analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with cloud security environments such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
