The opportunity

The Zscaler Engineer Senior will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. This includes collaborating with teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents.

Our Zero Trust services are central to aligning security strategies with business objectives, managing access, and enforcing policies. We partner with third-party vendors to deliver comprehensive services, including strategy, assessment, testing, and deployment of Zero Trust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
2. Monitor and optimize security configurations for Zscaler services.
3. Conduct security assessments and audits.
4. Collaborate with IT and network teams for secure deployment.
5. Respond to security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
6. Implement security policies within Zscaler platform.
7. Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
8. Provide training on Zscaler security best practices.
9. Stay updated on Zscaler security trends and technologies.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Solid understanding of Zscaler solutions, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Experience in configuring and managing Zscaler services.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and standards.
• Ability to implement security controls.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

Minimum Requirements
