As a key member of our Zscaler team, you will help clients understand and manage their Enterprise Identity environments. The Opportunity

The Senior Zscaler Engineer will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of Zscaler security solutions. Responsibilities include working with various teams to ensure network security and performance, conducting risk assessments, and responding to security incidents.

Our Zero Trust services help clients align security strategies with business objectives by managing access and enforcing policies. We collaborate with third-party vendors to provide comprehensive services, including strategy, assessment, testing, and deployment of Zero Trust solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage Zscaler security solutions.
  • Monitor and adjust security configurations for Zscaler services.
  • Perform regular security assessments and audits.
  • Collaborate with IT and network teams to ensure secure deployment.
  • Respond to security incidents involving Zscaler solutions.
  • Implement and manage security policies within Zscaler platform.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Provide training on Zscaler security best practices.
  • Stay updated on Zscaler security trends and technologies.
Skills and Attributes for Success
  • Strong understanding of Zscaler solutions (ZIA, ZPA).
  • Experience configuring and managing Zscaler services.
  • Knowledge of network security best practices and standards.
  • Ability to implement security controls in network environments.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network segmentation.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Critical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in network security or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Zscaler solutions and features.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).
  • Understanding of network security, IAM, and encryption.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Zscaler Certified Cloud Professional, CISSP) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications such as Zscaler for Users - Essentials.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud security tools (CSPM, Data Protection, AI).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Deep understanding of Zscaler architecture and deployment.
  • Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
