Key Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Stay updated on industry trends relevant to cybersecurity.
• Evaluate and support client vulnerability management programs.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and identify control weaknesses.

Skills and Attributes

• Knowledge of security standards like ISO 27001, CIS, PCI DSS, NIST, ITIL, COBIT.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, UNIX, and cloud OS.
• Hands-on with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys, Nexpose).
• Ability to evaluate tools and conduct root cause analysis.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts including vulnerability management, incident response, and governance.
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell) are a plus.
• Experience with metrics development using Excel or PowerBi.
• Familiarity with web vulnerabilities, cloud security, CVE, CWE, and threat intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience or graduate degree with 1-2 years of experience.
• Experience in vulnerability management and client service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid US driver's license.

Preferred

• Interpersonal skills, strategic and technical problem-solving abilities.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, GSEC).
