As part of our Cybersecurity Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients understand and mitigate their cybersecurity threats, evaluate and enhance their security operations, and develop effective security strategies.

The Opportunity

As a Cybersecurity Operations Engineer, you will support critical infrastructure, ensuring the security and functionality of on-premises and cloud environments. You will work with a global team of experts to address challenging cybersecurity issues, enhancing organizational resilience.

What To Expect

Our cybersecurity experts are distinguished by their industry insights, technical expertise, and continuous engagement with the latest security vulnerabilities and industry events. You will collaborate on projects to evaluate, improve, and manage clients' security operations, delivering tailored security solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SNOW tickets for patching on-premises and cloud servers.
  • Update applications and configure/deploy Zscaler connectors.
  • Support cloud infrastructure modifications and develop/deploy Terraform templates.
  • Deploy CI/CD pipelines and automate processes.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver security solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks.
  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity advancements and emerging technologies.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
  • Proficiency in Linux and Windows Server.
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python scripting, and automation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and vulnerability management.
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

  • 2+ years in cloud infrastructure support and management.
  • Experience with Terraform and application security frameworks.
  • Consulting experience in cybersecurity.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred.
