Job summary

Soliel LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a NAVSEA RMF A&A effort, overseeing a remote team and multi-disciplinary disciplines. The role combines technical oversight with financial management of complex cyber projects and requires an active SECRET clearance and DoD 8570.01-M Level III baseline.

The position is hybrid in Washington, DC, with three days onsite, supporting government-focused RMF reviews and performance metrics while ensuring quality and schedule commitments.

Qualifications

• Lead or PM on technology/cyber projects for 10+ years.
• Experience managing technical and financial execution of cyber projects.
• Proven automation to improve processes and manage remote teams.
• Active SECRET clearance and DoD 8570.01-M baseline (IAM Level III).
• Approved Tier 3 Investigation within last 10 years, NATO/NNPI access eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and financial execution of complex cyber projects.
• Direct geographically remote teams across four task areas.
• Oversee RMF package reviews and 5-business-day turnaround target.
• Implement automation to increase process efficiency.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports on labor, costs, and progress.
• Coordinate with government lead and NAVSEA SOPs.
