Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. This program provides development workshops, networking opportunities, and mentorship under assigned managers.

Interns work on meaningful projects across tracks including Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics & Data, Finance, Marketing & Sales, and more. Housing is not provided, and interns may work in technical or non-technical areas.

Qualifications

• Majors/Degree Programs Include: Computing Sciences & Information Technology, Risk Management, Data Analytics or similar program(s)
• Preferred: Excel experience and understanding of Risk Capabilities and scoring concepts
• High School diploma with proof of continuous college enrollment and full-time enrollment
• Must be in good academic standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team and establish relationships
• Demonstrates organizational, analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Proactive, creative and flexible in completing tasks
• Commitment to continuous improvement and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Specific duties will vary by assignment; support advancing Cyber Risk Management through creativity and development of Risk Indicators
• Work with a mentor and support key strategic projects
• Complete work assignments based on business needs and priorities
• Perform a mix of technical and/or non-technical tasks across business projects
• Create and deliver presentations at internship completion
• Maintain confidentiality and protection of member privacy
• Regular and reliable attendance is expected and required
• Perform other functions as assigned by management
