Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support DoD C4I clients as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage RMF upgrade packages and support international travel up to 25%.
  • Provide training on Navy RMF processes.

Cyber Risk Management Coordinator for NAVIFOR CIO

Location: Suffolk / Virginia
Clearance: Secret
Salary: $68,000 to $90,000
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience with Navy RMF and understanding of Cybersecurity and the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Knowledge of Navy RMF pipeline and eMASS.
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting to clients and leadership.
  • Support Navy Authority Officers across commands and networks.
  • Experience in analytical problem solving and managing RMF upgrade packages.
  • Ability to teach or train ISSEs and ISSMs on Navy RMF processes.
Key Roles:

Support DoD C4I clients, serve as SME for Navy systems, and support international travel up to 25%.

Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in signals intelligence, ISR programs, and electronic attack equipment.
  • Experience with SIGINT data applications and exploitation.
  • Familiarity with intelligence systems like ICOP, NAFTS, DCGS-N.
  • Experience with Navy FMV and system evaluation/testing.
  • Knowledge of SCI CIP and COP applications.
  • Understanding of Navy intelligence processes and architectures.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Naval Information Warfare and Cyber.
  • Knowledge of Joint and Combined processes.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

This position is Monday through Friday in a professional office environment with limited travel. Physical demands are consistent with office work.
