Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Cyber Range Engineer to design and develop realistic cyberspace environments for the Space Force cyber workforce. You will exploit vulnerabilities, apply emerging technologies, and deliver solutions with limited direction while mentoring teammates.

The role requires hands-on experience with IaC, virtualization, Linux/Windows admin, and networking. TS/SCI clearance and a strong security mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IaC experience using Ansible, Terraform, and Puppet.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, Proxmox, and Hyper-V.
• Experience administering Linux and Windows, Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange.
• Knowledge of networking, VLANs, routing, and SDN concepts.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and security operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop cyberspace environments for hands-on training and testing.
• Mentor and supervise team members; work with space force cyber workforce.
• Apply SIEM tools and automate tasks with Python.
• Identify and exploit vulnerabilities to strengthen defense.
