Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a senior program management professional in the Cyber Excepted Service to support the U.S. Cyber Command mission. The position is in the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

You will lead administrative and business management services, oversee manpower and personnel programs, and coordinate service strategy and operations to enhance workforce efficiency. Telework may be available depending on mission needs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing administrative and business management services to support organizational missions.
• Experience with manpower planning and personnel management.
• Experience aligning service strategy and operations with governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manages all administrative and business management services essential to the operation of the directorate’s information management mission.
• Responsible for management and program analysis, space management, manpower, and personnel management.
• Responsible for Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations, and Continual Service Improvement as it relates to optimizing the efficiency of the Directorate and its use of human capital
• Participates in reviews to determine program status and works directly with engineering, testing, installation, financial working groups, to ensure requirements for workforce milestones are in compliance with statutes, DoD policy and instructions.
• Responsible for a $1M.5 training and $3M awards budget.
