Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: at least one year at GS-13 level in cybersecurity, IT program management, and strategic policy development.
• Technical mastery: high level of knowledge in IT security, data sensitivity, and compliance with federal DoD/Army/USACE policies (NIST).
• Leadership experience: leading multidisciplined teams, managing budgets, and communicating strategies to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Program Leadership & Management across USACE systems and networks.
• Act as Alternate CISO, integrating information security into planning and budgeting.
• Oversee governance, policy formulation, and continuous authorization initiatives (ATO).
• Collaborate with CIO/G-6, Army, DoD, and Federal teams to advance cybersecurity strategies.
