Responsibilities

• GG-9: Assisting with budget execution and financial management activities.
• GG-9: Maintaining records of funds received.
• GG-9: Tracking obligations and expenditures through automated financial systems.
• GG-9: Reviewing financial records and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• GG-11: Performing budget and program analysis to support the execution and control of organizational funds.
• GG-11: Maintaining records of funds received or expended.
• GG-11: Tracking resource utilization across multiple funding lines.
• GG-11: Reviewing and processing funding requests.
• GG-12: Performing budget and program analysis for complex organizations.
• GG-12: Developing and managing systems to monitor funds received, obligated, and/or expended.
• GG-12: Analyzing financial trends and forecasting funding requirements.
• GG-12: Advising leadership on the financial impact of program changes and proper fund utilization.
• GG-12: Preparing and presenting detailed financial reports and briefings.
