Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned product leader to manage strategy, roadmap, and development across cyber-focused product lines. You will partner with engineering to ensure technical feasibility aligns with mission and market needs, while mentoring team members and shaping new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring multi-year experience in product management for cyber or advanced tech, strong Agile acumen, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years in product management or related roles supporting cyber or advanced technology.
3+ years collaborating with engineering teams to shape product direction and align roadmaps.
3+ years across multiple lifecycle stages including concept shaping and deployment prep.
3+ years across multiple cyber mission lanes.
Experience partnering with vendors/integrators to explore new opportunities.
Knowledge of Agile, iterative roadmaps, and mission-driven development.
Knowledge of zero-trust and cyber concepts.
Ability to translate complex tech into business value for leadership.
Secret clearance and Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for the product group.
Collaborate with engineering to shape requirements, feasibility, and alignment with mission needs.
