AXA XL is seeking a Senior Analyst in Global Cyber Pricing to support data-driven underwriting and pricing decisions for a fast-growing cyber portfolio. You will contribute to tool development, portfolio monitoring, and reporting to enable informed decisions across underwriting, pricing and management teams.

The role reports to the Head of Pricing, Cyber, and requires analytical capability, coding skills in Python/R/SQL, and collaboration within a global team.

Competenze

• Proven technical and analytical capabilities with data analysis, modeling, or tool development.
• Some experience in property and casualty insurance, preferably pricing/analytics.
• Coding skills in Python, R, SQL or similar languages for data manipulation and automation.
• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective collaboration within global, cross-functional teams.
• Progression through actuarial exams with the goal of full qualification is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Interest in Cyber security; prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Mansioni

• Produce and distribute regular portfolio management and performance reporting for underwriting, pricing and management teams.
• Support recurring pricing and business reporting processes, including data validation and reconciliation.
• Perform QA reviews and audit activities to support pricing governance and data integrity.
• Collect, validate and prepare data for internal risk management and strategic reporting.
• Develop, maintain and enhance analytical tools, reporting processes and automation for the Cyber Pricing team.
