IntelliGenesis is seeking highly qualified personnel to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, and operational campaigns for diverse client missions.

Applicants should have a strong cyber security background, TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and relevant experience in government or defense settings, including operational-level planning and external engagement.

Qualifications

• US Citizens must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph required.
• Relevant experience must relate to customer mission (collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or IC/DoD, with strategic/operational planning.
• External engagement experience (cross-Agency groups, field assignments, customer support) is preferred.
• Ability to leverage processes and tools to plan, coordinate, and execute operational campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber planning, mitigation strategies, tactics, and operations.
• Leverage existing processes and technologies to create and implement operational campaigns.
• Document operational use cases to support adversary defeat.
• Initiate communications with external support partners.
• Conduct data source research for future planning.
• Utilize experience with operational planning.
• Maintain a strong cyber background to support tasks.
• Communicate requirements effectively to stakeholders.
• Lead developmental working groups or client-requested meetings.
