Computer World Services Corp. in Texas seeks a highly capable Cyber Operations Specialist to support the Air Force AMAC Crew and Cyberspace Operations missions. You will coordinate with 616 OC, track AFCYBER priorities, and provide tactical command and control across multiple mission areas.

The role requires Top Secret with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of related experience. Responsibilities include incident triage, RFS and report coordination, and liaison with engineering

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) +3 years of experience, or 6+ years of related experience
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have excellent critical thinking skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to resolve MAJCOM priorities
• Coordinate with AFCYBER priorities
• Track high interest items for AFCYBER operations
• Respond to RFIs from 688 CW leadership & external agencies
• Maintain situational awareness and deconflict all network operations with mission partners
• Direct troubleshooting of outages, degradations, and isolations
• Submit CCIRs to 688 CW leadership & 616 OC
• Troubleshoot network issues with established procedures
• Generate CTOs for assignment to 688 CW tactical units
• Conduct mission review of CTOs from 688 CW tactical units
• Coordinate engineering support for outages, OPREPs, & extended service degradations
• Coordinate requests for engineering support
• Complete administrative tasks as required
