Job summary

Independent Software seeks a Cryptologic Cyber Planner, Level 2, to coordinate cyberspace operations across organizations and partners from Fort Meade. The role emphasizes joint planning principles, DODIN awareness, and delivering OPORDs, CONOPs, and COAs with a strong collaborative mindset.

Candidates should have substantial defense planning experience and a background in cyber operations, with the potential for TS/SCI access and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have national security related planning experience.
• Experience with joint planning and cyber operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate cyberspace operations across organizations and partners.
• Support synchronization with strategic and operational objectives.
• Develop and evaluate operational planning products and COAs.
