Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Lesson Learned Analyst to provide SME support to USCYBERCOM's Lessons Learned Program, driving observations into actionable improvements. You will track issues across commands, train personnel on lessons processes, and publish validated information while coordinating with the broader cyber operations community.

Required are 4+ years in DoD/IC environments, senior-leader briefing experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working for or supporting a Combatant Command, Joint Force Headquarters, Joint Task Force, Joint Duty Assignment, Cyber Mission Force team, or Intelligence Community organizations.
• 2+ years of experience interacting with senior leaders.
• Experience using the Microsoft Office tool suite.
• Experience supporting data gathering using working groups, interviews, and surveys.
• Ability to work independently and develop plans of action in support of identified goals.
• Ability to create clear, concise, and solution-oriented reports for varied audiences.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support to USCYBERCOM Lessons Learned Program.
• Track, elevate, and resolve observations and issues across the Command.
• Train Command personnel on the lessons learned process and tools.
• Review, validate, and publish joint lessons learned information.
• Monitor and report progress for issue resolution.
• Provide recommendations on strategy, doctrine, tactics, and procedures.
