Job summary

Dexian Government Solutions is seeking a Cyber Lead in Arlington, VA to provide technical leadership for the F-35 JPO ITSS program. You will oversee vulnerability management, security controls, RMF activities, and incident response, coordinating with government stakeholders and IT teams to maintain mission readiness.

The role requires a TS clearance, a related bachelor’s degree (master preferred), and 10–12+ years of enterprise cyber experience. Hybrid onsite work in Arlington is expected.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree required in cybersecurity/IT/CS.
• 12 years IA/InfoSec with bachelor, or 10 years with master; master preferred for senior roles.
• Experience leading cybersecurity operations in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience coordinating security operations and compliance activities.
• Familiarity with RMF, POA&M management, and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cybersecurity operations, coordinate personnel and priorities.
• Oversee vulnerability identification, remediation tracking, and validation.
• Coordinate secure configurations and patching with infrastructure and network teams.
• Support RMF activities, controls documentation, and authorization packages.
• Lead compliance reviews of system security plans and audits.
• Develop information assurance programs and control guidelines.
• Coordinate STIG assessments and remediation activities.
• Review security alerts and manage incident response procedures.
• Provide security metrics and risk assessments to leadership.
