Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) seeks an Open-Source Intelligence Analyst to support Army/DoD missions by researching publicly available information and delivering clear, actionable insights to government customers.

The role requires a Top Secret or Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret, strong written and verbal communication, and experience turning data from diverse sources into briefing-ready products.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance or Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• AS/BS degree preferred or 3 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience conducting open-source intelligence and all-source research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to brief senior leaders and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct open-source research using publicly available information, government databases, news media, and other sources.
• Evaluate, correlate, and synthesize information from multiple sources to answer customer requirements.
• Identify trends, patterns, relationships, vulnerabilities, and indicators relevant to DoD missions.
• Analyze cyber threat information to support mission planning and risk awareness.
• Analyze foreign and domestic publicly available information to support operational risk and decision-making.
• Use structured analytic methods to evaluate source reliability and confidence levels.
• Develop written assessments, briefings, dashboards, and visual products for stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver concise briefings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders.
• Develop analytic templates, research workflows, and reporting formats.
• Collaborate with government customers and mission partners.
