Job summary

Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI) seeks a Cyber Network Defense Analyst for the CESO program in Arlington, VA. This onsite role requires active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly and DoDD 8140 IAT II certification, to support 24x7 network defense, monitoring, and incident response.

You will detect and respond to threats, document events, coordinate with infrastructure teams, and help transition CESO to a secure cloud environment while maintaining customer-facing duties. Salary range: $110,000–$120,000.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related cybersecurity experience.
• DoDD 8140 compliant certification at start (IAT Level II or equivalent).
• Strong networking knowledge across Windows, Red Hat, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
• Experience implementing security settings per vendor and DISA best practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident detection and response to identify threats within the CESO enterprise.
• Monitor security tools, investigate alerts, and suggest remediation steps.
• Document security events clearly in the ticketing system for action.
• Engage with customer onsite with minimal supervision, coordinating with teams.
• Assist with forecasting and modeling current threats and adapting defenses as CESO moves to cloud.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, storage, database, and application teams to align defenses with CESO requirements.
